Aikyashree
- Name of the scheme/service :
- Eligibility :
Pre-matric Scholarship & Post-matric Scholarship
I. Applicant must be a domicile of West Bengal.
II. Must be studying in a School/ Institution recognized by an educational Board/ Council/ University of the State/ Central Government.
III. Must have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination.
IV. The annual family income should not exceed Rs.2 lakh.
V. Students studying in institutes outside West Bengal will not be eligible for pre-matric or post-matric scholarship
Merit-cum-Means Scholarship
I. The applicant must be a domicile of West Bengal.
II. Must have got admission in a technical / professional course.
III. Must have secured at least 50% marks in the last Higher Secondary/ Graduation examination.
IV. Annual family income of the student should not be more than Rs.2.5 lakh.
V. The students who are residents of West Bengal but pursuing studies in listed institutions located outside West Bengal, as may be notified from time to time by the West Bengal Minorities' Development and Finance Corporation, are also eligible for applying.

Loan under WBMDFC
- Eligibility :
Term Loan
I. Annual family income for rural area must be within Rs.98, 000/-(Rupees Ninety eight thousands) and for urban Areas it should be within Rs 1, 20,000/- (Rupees One lac twenty thousands) only.
II. Guarantor required for the application for more than Rs. 40,000/-. For Loan from Rs. 40,001/- to Rs.50, 000 –A Tax payer or professionally qualified person (e.g. Doctor, Engineer etc.) and For loan above Rs. 50,000/- -- A Govt./Semi Govt. Employee/Teacher or a good beneficiary of WBMDFC.
III. Applicants having training & experience in respect of the business for which he/she is applying, will get preference.
IV. Applicant's age must be between 18 to 50 years.
V. Must have savings Bank Account.
Micro Finance (Directly to SHGs)
I. Self Help Group comprising 10-20 Minority Women may apply for Loan under this scheme.
II. Annual family income for rural area must be within Rs.98, 000/-(Rupees Ninety eight thousands) and urban Areas within Rs 1, 20,000/- (Rupees One lac twenty thousands) only.
Educational Loan
I. Student must be of Minority community.
II. Annual family income Rs. 1,20,000 for urban area and Rs. 98,000 for rural area
III. Age group 16-32 years.

Infrastructural Support to Reputed NGO
- Eligibility :
i. The NGO should be registered as Trust/Society/Company with the appropriate registering authority.
ii. The NGO must have at least 3 (three) years’ experience in implementing successfully Minority related projects on Education, Health and Skill Development.
iii. The NGO must have a minimum administrative infrastructure of its own to run the project.
iv. The NGO must be economically viable to run the project they are implementing.
v. The project or unit benefiting must be located in the vicinity of the habitation of minority people, so that the majority of the beneficiaries of the scheme are from the minority communities.
