Scheme and Activity of the Department
- Scheme 1 :
Pedagogical Aspect - Primary Teachers’ Training under SSA. Upper Primary & Secondary Teachers’ Training under SSA & RMSA.
- Scheme 2 :
Computer Aided Learning (CAL) programme at Upper Primary level to ensure qualitative education.
- Scheme 3 :
Nirmal Vidyalaya Abhiyan National Programme on Schools Standards & Evaluation Remedial Teaching for the weaker students at Secondary level.
- Scheme 4 :
Community Mobilisation to ensure the education for all children Conduct Drama, Songs, Tableau by direct participation of students
- Scheme 5 :
Updating Child Register to identify the Out Of School Children(OOSC), Never Enrolled, if any Special Enrolment Drive Programme to enroll OOSC to the nearest school
- Scheme 6 :
Girls Awareness Programme is conducted in different riverine rural areas to prevent child trafficking, child marriage, health & hygiene of adolescent girls .
- Scheme 7 :
To make the education very alive, Excursion Trip is conducted in historical/ scientific places.
- Scheme 8 :
Distribution of School Uniform for Students of Class I to Class VIII.
- Scheme 9 :
Each year U-DISE data from all schools have been collected in a universal format throughout the country to get education related information & students of all Govt. & Govt. Sponsored Primary, Secondary & Higher Secondary Schools have been benefitted by several programmes running as per scheduled guideline.
- Scheme 10 :
Eligibility For ACR , 1: 40 (CLASS ROOM: STUDENT), FOR BOUNDARY WALL: School must be situated in front of National Highway or State highway or Railway line.For Guardwall ,School must be situated near Pond/River. For Major Repairing Grant, Estimate and Photograph is to be submitted by the school. Disfunctional Toilet grant may be given after submission of photograph and estimate.

Achievement of last FY:
Rs.4,50,23,206.00 has been allotted to the 300 no.primary and 221 no. Upper Primary amphan affected school from BCW fund and Rs.3,25,60,426.00 has been allotted to the 27 no.primary and 120 no. Upper Primary amphan affected school from MA & ME fund.
